The Privacy Act 1988 (Cwth) applies to the John James Foundation.  Any personal information obtained by the John James Foundation will be managed in a manner compliant with the principles set out in the Privacy Act.

John James Foundation will not collect any personally identifiable information about an individual without consent. Such information, if provided, will be stored securely and used only for the purposes it is collected. If such information is to be provided to third parties, then consent pursuant to the NPP will be required. It has not been and is not the intention of John James Foundation to obtain personal information specifically for re-sale or lease to third parties. Protected information will only be disclosed if we are legally required to do so.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect information that is not personally identifiable. This may include such information as the type of internet browser you are using, your type of computer operating system and the top level domain name which links you to our site. This information is not personal information to which the Privacy Act applies.
